  7. This file contains information regarding the posting of the Name 
  8. That State For Windows package, version 4.5w, on Bulletin Board Systems.

  10. For sample descriptions which you may use to describe the 
  11. product please refer to the DESCRIBE.TXT text file.

  23. As the exclusive copyright holder for Name That State for Windows (NTS), Fast
  24. Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc. (FACTs) authorizes on-line distribution only 
  25. in accordance with the following restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors
  26. should refer to the VENDOR.TXT text file for complete license
  27. information.
  28.  
  29. The NTS package is defined as containing all the
  30. material listed in the Vendinfo.diz text file.  If any files
  31. listed in the Vendinfo.diz text file, or the Vendinfo.diz file
  32. itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  33. distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  34. complete package suitable for distribution.

  36.     o  The NTS package - including all related program
  37.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  38.        way (other than that mentioned in the following paragraph)
  39.        and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  40.        exception.  The Vendinfo.diz text file contains a list of
  41.        all files that are part of the NTS package.

  43.     o  Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  44.        (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  45.        describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  46.        downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a
  47.        small one-line message with their BBS name and phone
  48.        number into the compressed file, which will display when
  49.        the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  50.        mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  51.        provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  52.        unmodified and complete.

  54.     o  Fast Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc. prohibits the
  55.        distribution of outdated versions of the NTS package, without
  56.        written permission from FACTs.  If the version you
  57.        have obtained is over twelve (12) months old, please
  58.        contact us to ensure that you have the most current
  59.        version.

  61.     o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  62.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  63.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  64.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  65.        immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  67.     o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  68.        disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software
  69.        and documentation in this package shall be subject to the
  70.        restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  71.        software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the
  72.        Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  73.        252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
